MDK SE Titanium Valves are designed to provide the highest level of durability and performance available anywhere. Profile shapes of MDK SE valves are designed specifically for each application in order to provide maximum flow.
Each valve is CNC machined, precision ground and PVD coated to protect the valve stem and tip against wear. The lower mass of a titanium valve, combined with matching valve train components allow for higher RPM and more aggressive cam profiles without the loss of valve control. The result is the development of broader torque curves, increased horsepower and higher RPM’s.
MDK SE Titanium valves are manufactured by world’s leading supplier of Titanium valves and valve train components for F-1, MotoGP, NASCAR and Indy Car racing.

Note:
Honda CRF250R – Not for use in OEM 4.5mm exhaust guide 2008 model heads, unless MDK or 2007 OEM guides are used.
KTM 250SXF – Not for use in 2006-2007 model heads unless MDK or 2008 OEM guides are used.
It is NOT recommended to use a titanium valve in place of an OEM steel valve without replacing the seat material. The seat material appropriate for a steel valve is too hard and not compatible for use with titanium. We suggest the use of a copper alloy seat insert that offers improved thermal conductivity, as well as the proper hardness characteristics for titanium.
